Matcha Honeydew Bubble Tea
Cooked large tapioca pearls - ½ cup
Ripe honeydew melon - 2 (diced)
Teaologists finest Matcha green tea - 1 ½ tsp
Honey - 3 tbsp
Lime zest - 1 tsp (finely grated)
Milk - 1 cup
Put all the ingredients except milk and tapioca pearls in a blender and blend until smooth.
Then blend them again in milk.
Put two spoonfuls of tapioca pearls in a large glass and pour the tea.
