3-Ingredient Matcha Pasta

Ingredients

Teaologists Finest Culinary Matcha - 3 tsp.

Flour - 2 cups

Eggs - 3 (large)

How to Make

Place the Matcha and Flour into a food processor. Break the eggs over them and turn on the food processor. Let everything mix until they’re well blended.

Knead pasta dough with your hands until it achieves a workable shape. If it gets too dry, slowly add a little bit of water (not more than 2 teaspoons at a time). If the dough gets too sticky, add some flour (also not more than 2 teaspoons at a time).

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about half an hour. Then, divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out with a pasta machine.

Let the sheets dry for 20-30 minutes.

Boil in salted hot water until the pasta is well-cooked. Take it out, put it in a frying pan and toss with your favourite vegetables and meat.
