Oats are like a blank canvas. They are so very flexible! You can really get creative with oats. This recipe is of a complete meal which has plenty of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Winter is almost here and this breakfast recipe is just the perfect way to warm up and start your day on any given day of the week.


Ayurvedic Matcha Oatmeal


Ingredients


Teaologists finest Matcha green tea - 1 tsp.

Oats - 1 cup

Honey - 1 tsp.

Almond milk - Half a cup

Water - half a cup

Collagen peptides (optional) - 1 serving

Toppings of your choice


How to Make


Mix the oats, Matcha, honey and collagen peptides with water in a medium-sized pan or over medium heat. As soon as it starts to boil, add the milk and start stirring. Turn the heat up and keep stirring for another 5 minutes. Now, pour the oatmeal into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings.
