Oats are like a blank canvas. They are so very flexible! You can really get creative with oats. This recipe is of a complete meal which has plenty of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Winter is almost here and this breakfast recipe is just the perfect way to warm up and start your day on any given day of the week.


Ayurvedic Matcha Oatmeal


Ingredients


Teaologists finest Matcha green tea - 1 tsp.

Oats - 1 cup

Honey - 1 tsp.

Almond milk - Half a cup

Water - half a cup

Collagen peptides (optional) - 1 serving

Toppings of your choice


How to Make


Mix the oats, Matcha, honey and collagen peptides with water in a medium-sized pan or over medium heat. As soon as it starts to boil, add the milk and start stirring. Turn the heat up and keep stirring for another 5 minutes. Now, pour the oatmeal into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings.

Matcha Mousse with Avocado and Lemon


Ingredients

Teaologists finest Matcha green tea - ¼ tsp.

Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 4 tbsp.

Avocado - 1

Banana - 1 (frozen)

Maple syrup or honey - 1 tbsp.


How to Make

Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until it gets a silky smooth texture.

Top it off with ingredients of your choice.

Enjoy chilled!

Ingredients:

How to Make

In a baking bowl, mix the Matcha, baking powder, cinnamon, buckwheat flour and salt. Mix well until they are smoothly combined.

Break the egg in a pan and add a tablespoon of honey / maple syrup and whisk until smooth. Now add the milk and whisk again until it makes a thick consistency (like that of pancake batter).

Turn on the flame in medium heat and heat up 1 tsp coconut oil. Pour the entire mix into the pan and let it cook until bubbles start to appear on top. Turn the mixture on its back with a spatula and cook for about 5 minutes.

Now, in another pan, heat up the rest of the coconut oil and add the banana and a little bit of cinnamon. Sautee until they look like caramel.

Turn it on its side and serve on a plate. Pour the yoghurt on it and top it off with the topping ingredients. Pour some maple syrup or honey over and enjoy!
