Loading Matcha Tea Recipes
Teaologists finest Matcha green tea - 1 tablespoon
Raw cashews - 1 cup (soaked for at least 6 hours)
Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons
Pitted dates - 3/4th cup (soaked in warm water for a couple of minutes)
Shredded unsweetened coconut - 1 cup
Coconut for rolling - ¼th cup
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Roll the paste into small truffles and coat with extra shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy!

People don’t usually associate matcha green tea with rice. But matcha rice can actually be a very healthy main dish which is also super-easy to make. Any time you feel like having something quick and healthy, you can make this. It goes great with leftover vegetables too.
Bonus tip: you can make it even healthier by adding some tofu.
