Cashew, Coconut and Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients 

Teaologists finest Matcha green tea  - 1 tablespoon

Raw cashews - 1 cup (soaked for at least 6 hours) 

Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons

Pitted dates - 3/4th cup (soaked in warm water for a couple of minutes) 

Shredded unsweetened coconut - 1 cup

Coconut for rolling -  ¼th cup 


How to Make

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. 

Roll the paste into small truffles and coat with extra shredded coconut. 

Refrigerate for 1 hour. 

Serve and enjoy!

Matcha Rice 

Matcha rice tastes wonderful and looks absolutely gorgeous. Serve hot with stir-fried vegetables or baked fish.

Stuff You Need:

·         Long-Grain White Rice – 1 Cup

·        

Teaologists’ Matcha Tea – ½ A Teaspoon

Optional Ingredients:

·         Olive Oil Or Unsalted Butter – 1 Teaspoon

·         Kosher Salt

Instructions

People don’t usually associate matcha green tea with rice. But matcha rice can actually be a very healthy main dish which is also super-easy to make. Any time you feel like having something quick and healthy, you can make this. It goes great with leftover vegetables too.

Bonus tip: you can make it even healthier by adding some tofu.
